Terms of Service

Ownership. TradeVault is owned and operated by QuantumWave Innovations LLC. Founder & Co-CEO: Nicholas Adams.

No financial advice. TradeVault is not a broker, investment adviser, or financial adviser. All content is for education, community, and simulated paper trading.

No guaranteed profits. Users and creators must not promise guaranteed profits, guaranteed returns, "100% win rates", or risk-free strategies.

No market manipulation. Pump-and-dump coordination, spoofing, and other manipulative behavior are prohibited and may trigger immediate account termination.

No scams. Fake giveaways, phishing, impersonation, fake screenshots, "send me money" schemes, and fraudulent mentorship are strictly forbidden.

Creator rules. Creators must enable MFA, accept Creator Terms, and include risk disclaimers in their content. Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their material.

Marketplace. Creators set their own prices. TradeVault retains a configurable platform commission (default 20%) on each sale.

Refunds. Course refund requests are evaluated within 7 days of purchase per platform policy. Disputes are reviewed by the moderation team.

Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Billing Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Account termination. TradeVault may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Owner account protection. The QuantumWave Innovations LLC owner account is protected from deletion, role downgrade, and MFA disablement.
