Creator Terms

By becoming a TradeVault Creator, you agree to the following in addition to the standard Terms of Service:

• You will enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your account and keep it enabled.
• You will not promise guaranteed profits, guaranteed returns, "secret strategies", or fully risk-free trading in any course, training, post, or paid room.
• You will include a risk disclaimer in every paid product and training session.
• You will not impersonate other traders or institutions, and will not post fabricated screenshots.
• You acknowledge TradeVault retains a platform commission on every sale. The default commission is 20%, configurable by Admin.
• You agree that course, training, and paid-room content may be reviewed by Admin and may be suspended for violations.
• You agree that disputes are reviewed by the moderation team and that TradeVault may issue refunds when warranted.
